It does not necessarily have to prove costly, to implement low level initiatives, provide training or enhance the level of support provided to your employees and their Mind Wellness. However, it is highly recommended that you have a plan in place prior to investing in the various areas and services available to you. Alongside our ability to provide the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Adult courses nationwide, we are also extremely experienced and professional at designing and creating Presentations, Workshops and Courses, regardless of the subject. Calling on our combined years serving as professionally trained Instructors in the Military and that of our highly qualified Psychiatrist affiliations, be rest assured that we will draw on our skills and experiences to provide professional Training of value, that will not be forgotten.


As a Veteran who served 14years in the Army, published author, Entrepreneur and successful Businessman, who has been battling with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and daily chronic spinal pain for the past five years, Nick Wilson certainly has a story or two to tell.
