However, it is highly recommended that you have a plan in place prior to investing in the various areas and services available to you. Liaise with a knowledgeable, experienced and trusted professional consultant who can guide and assist you, prior to dedicating funds.

A really interesting and engaging session today, thank you so much for attending. It’s not often that such a session will provide a full action plan for an organisation and some really key areas to address, in order to address Mental Health within the workplace. Highly recommended any organisation having Nick come in and speak to your staff, your managers or your leaders! Thanks again Nick!

“Those who were involved, really enjoyed the Mind Health Ambassador course, saying it left them feeling more empowered afterwards. By having more people internally who have a better understanding of the issues surrounding mental health, it helps create a safer working environment for people who might be struggling with their own mental health on a day to day basis. The ambassadors can also support each other and those who are MHFA trained, to keep the conversations going, acting as the first point of contact for someone who might not know what to do. As an organisation, It has helped to create a more positive attitude about mental health and people’s wellbeing on the whole”
